SOCIAL COMMITMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
We believe in the importance of striking a balance between profitability and social responsibility. To this end, in 2003 we became one of the first Asian footwear companies to establish a code of conduct. We take factory auditing very seriously and we are active members of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI).
Our approach is to adopt responsible and transparent purchasing practices and manage chemical compliance from the raw material stage to final shoe testing.
We set minimum standards for restricted substances, working to the highest legal requirements in the EU markets.
All our materials, components and products are tested and have certificates of accreditation.
PARTNERS & CERTIFICATIONS
Our products are chemically and physically tested and are all certified.
PHYSICAL TEST: we are a SATRA Technology Centre member and have out own SATRA accredited laboratory.
CHEMICAL TEST: all materials are chemically tested and we set our levels at a higher standard than EU regolation.
VEGAN TEST: our products are 100% animal free, certified by test laboratories PFI in Germany and AMS Lab in Spain.
RECYCLED MATERIALS: all our recycled materials are certified by a Transaction Certificate issued by The Recycled Claim Standard (RCS).
RCS certifies products obtained from recycled materials and validates the content of recycled materials. This is coordinated through input and chain-of-custody verification from a third party Control Union.
