The fit of our shoes follows standard Europe sizing. You can find further tips on measuring the most suitable size for you in the SIZE & FIT area of ​​our website.
Our products are Made in China and Myanmar in BSCI certified factories (Business Social Compliance Initiative). These comply with recognized international parameters.

The goods will be shipped within 24-48H from the order confirmation date and delivered within 3-7 working days.
For information on your parcel delivery status, you can refer to the airwaybill number on the shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel via the couriers website.
Delivery costs to Italy: Free (except for the minor locations indicated in the link, where we do not deliver.)
Delivery Costs to EU Countries (France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg): € 6.99 except for the remote locations indicated in the link where we do not deliver.
We do not deliver outside the EU and a few countries in the EU yet.
Yes, you can change it without any restrictions within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Please write to our Customer service team (support@loveourplanetfootwear.com) and fill in the return form indicated in the link.
We will then contact you as soon as possible to give you all the necessary information.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all labelling attached & must include any additions, such as extra laces.
Goods must be returned in the original box packaging.
Shoes must be un-worn & clean & not show any signs of wear.
The customer pays for any returned parcels.

Cost of Returns from Italy: € 6.99
Cost of returns from other EU countries: € 12.99
These rates are valid only if you use our designated courier.
We will refund you the full amount paid, net of any return costs with our dedicated courier service, within 10-15 days from the date of receipt of the item.
We’ll be using a reversal of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
